This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Category Management, Legal, Compliance, and others, to collect necessary information and requirements.

• Negotiate pricing and terms, oversee project and work requests, and maintain entries in the contract repository.

• Formulate pricing strategies that encompass RFPs, GPO strategies, bids, and auctions.

• Serve as a trainer and mentor to fellow Sourcing Specialists when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in contracting and sourcing.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, healthcare, supply chain, law, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with sourcing methodologies, negotiation tactics, and/or contract language and structure.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• General digital proficiency and expertise in office technology tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
