Systems Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee service intake through email and the client portal.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for uncomplicated issues within single-user system environments.

• Accurately document troubleshooting efforts in the ticketing system.

• Assist Professional Services with on-site client deployments as required.

• Follow established client support documentation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A+ certification and/or O365 Fundamentals, or achievement of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental, or equivalent practical experience.

• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent qualification.

• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a service-related role.

• Fundamental infrastructure and troubleshooting abilities.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
