Systems Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establishment of High Availability (HA) IT Systems for the Aeronautical Sector utilizing standard commercial products, including HPE, Cisco, or Linux.

• Installation of Linux on a cluster to deliver high availability services.

• Configuration of network components and serial connections.

• Commissioning of systems at customer locations.

• Providing system administration training for clients involved in projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed technical education (e.g., Computer Science) or other equivalent professional experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Linux operating system (RedHat preferred) in a High Availability environment.

• Familiarity with MS Windows clients, networking equipment, and server hardware (MS Server 2019 or later and Active Directory).

• A structured and organized approach to work with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to function as a true team member within the IT department.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
