This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and assist with the integration of applications related to Deployment Solutions, including interfaces, extracts, imports, and ongoing data flows.
• Diagnose integration challenges and verify the movement of data.
• Record exceptions and manage escalations when necessary.
• Maintain an inventory of integrations, create data flow diagrams, support runbooks, and document technical processes.
• Identify manual workflows that can be automated, improved for reporting, standardized, or transitioned to self-service.
• Aid in the configuration, testing, validation, and documentation of automation under the guidance of IT leadership.
• Develop or sustain operational reports, dashboards, data extracts, and metrics visualizations.
• Prepare structured knowledge materials, FAQs, playbooks, and documentation for prospective AI support applications.
• Assist in evaluating AI-enabled support scenarios, readiness for knowledge ingestion, and validation of responses.
• Ensure that only controlled and approved documentation is utilized for AI-driven workflows.
• Create and update technical procedures, monitoring checklists, troubleshooting manuals, and runbooks.
• Provide support for root cause analysis related to integration, data, reporting, and automation challenges.
• Suggest enhancements to minimize manual intervention and boost support reliability.

• Perform additional tasks as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis, integrations, data validation, reporting, automation, or technical application support.
• At least 2 years of experience with APIs, file-based integrations, data mapping, interface monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Concur and associated integrations, business processes, or connected systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting or data analysis tools.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, workflow tools, Power Platform, SQL, APIs, or integration monitoring software.
• Strong skills in documentation, analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into technical solutions, data flows, reporting requirements, or automation prospects.
• Experience in supporting life sciences, commercialization services, finance operations, client onboarding, or enterprise application support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, D365, Power BI, and/or other enterprise-level business applications.
• Experience utilizing MuleSoft, APIs, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Ability to create data flow diagrams, runbooks, automation documentation, monitoring checklists, or dashboard specifications.
• Experience supporting data governance, integration governance, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams, managed service providers, or distributed support organizations.
