Lead Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and route over 900,000 sales leads across around 100 sales agencies utilizing proprietary software.

• Create, implement, and sustain regular and ad hoc reports with SQL and Excel.

• Operate and oversee automated tools developed in VBA, VBScript, and various other scripting languages.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement lead resources beyond conventional processes.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners through both written and verbal communication channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a role with reporting and communication responsibilities, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 4 years of experience or pertinent education in a remote work setting.

• Proven ability to independently manage tasks and consistently deliver results.

• Capability to successfully complete a written communication assessment.

• Proficiency to pass tests in Excel and/or SQL.
