Systems Engineer IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure, enhance, and resolve issues related to Oracle WMS Cloud along with Oracle Fusion Inventory, Shipping, and Warehouse modules.

• Develop and execute inbound, outbound, and inventory warehouse workflows.

• Integrate Oracle WMS with XCarrier, Process Weaver, third-party logistics systems, and warehouse automation technologies.

• Assist in consolidation and custom box creation tasks using tools like Packsize.

• Collaborate on initiatives for Cobot integration and warehouse automation.

• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting activities.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement modifications through structured change management.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and oversee Jira work items.

• Document solutions and maintain knowledge management repositories.

• Coach team members on WMS best practices.

• Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Ensure system stability and improve performance, integrations, enhancements, documentation, knowledge transfer, and governance compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of practical experience with Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Fusion functional consulting or application engineering.

• In-depth expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud configuration, setup, and recognized best practices.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Inventory, Shipping, and Warehouse modules.

• Profound understanding of inbound operations, outbound fulfillment, inventory management, and cycle count processes.

• Experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

• Proven ability to integrate WMS with shipping middleware like XCarrier and Process Weaver, as well as third-party logistics platforms.

• Background in consolidation and custom box creation, ideally with Packsize or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Cobot integration and workflows for warehouse automation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency in using Jira.

• Outstanding communication skills tailored for business and executive audiences.

• Commitment to adhering to change management processes and organizational governance.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate efficiently.

• Additional success factors include practical experience with XCarrier, Cobots, and Packsize; Oracle Cloud/Fusion certifications; familiarity with healthcare supply-chain; knowledge of HIPAA; experience in enterprise implementations; and data migration skills.
