Systems Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, design, and implement comprehensive automation processes that connect internal systems and corporate platforms.

• Investigate, prototype, and deploy solutions utilizing Artificial Intelligence, encompassing virtual agents and automations using LLMs via API.

• Conduct maintenance, upgrade, and technical integration of Arco Educação's systems and architecture.

• Gather functional requirements and develop technical architecture/code specifications in collaboration with business units and technology teams.

• Generate thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration maps, API contracts, and business rules.

• Design and perform functional, integration, and acceptance tests before production rollout.

• Deliver Tier 3 (N3) support and handle Incidents, Problems, and Changes (ITIL / GMUD) in coordination with engineering teams and vendors.

• Track system and integration performance and uptime utilizing observability tools.

• Assess and provide technical guidance on deliverables from consulting firms and external vendors, ensuring adherence to code quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in software development or scripting.

• Practical experience with AI solutions, including APIs like OpenAI/Claude, AI frameworks, and intelligent automations.

• Solid understanding of relational and/or non-relational databases for SQL/NoSQL queries and data manipulation.

• Experience in gathering technical requirements, documenting APIs/systems, and conducting root cause analysis of complex incidents.

• Familiarity with IT governance procedures, ITIL, and Change Management (GMUD).

• Excellent logical reasoning, analytical abilities, and systems thinking for troubleshooting technical issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate interaction between engineering teams and business units.

• Desired qualifications: experience or familiarity with AI frameworks; Oracle E-Business Suite or ERP integration; CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP; monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
