This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, cloud components, and user interfaces into comprehensive system solutions.
• Help define system requirements while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engage in system configuration, documentation updates, and version control activities.
• Contribute to system testing efforts, including the creation of test cases and related documentation.
• Uphold data quality by conducting regular audits, validation checks, and updates within CMMS.
• Adhere to established data governance protocols to maintain compliance with organizational policies.
• Support data entry standards, documentation practices, and routine quality assurance activities.
• Create reports and dashboards utilizing tools such as Power BI to facilitate facility operations and planning.
• Monitor and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on the reporting requirements of the organization.
• Assist in identifying operational trends or efficiency opportunities through structured analysis methodologies.
• Aid in the development and refinement of system requirements for facility data, asset tracking, and maintenance workflows.
• Collaborate closely with facility operations, IT, and data teams to ensure system functionality and alignment across workflows.
• Provide fundamental user support and training on data tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable system or reporting updates.
• Support Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to guarantee consistent data integration across systems.
• Maintain documentation related to data quality, system configurations, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure that digital records and data structures comply with both organizational and federal standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Facility Management, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• At least four (4) years of experience in systems engineering, data management, or maintenance and operations.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and data analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of ETL processes, data governance principles, and KPI tracking.
• Ability to analyze datasets using established techniques and provide clear, actionable summaries.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and data analytics tools.
• Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, KPI management, data governance, and data quality assurance.
• Experience in meeting reporting requirements while ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between facility operations, IT, and data teams.
• Provide training to users on dashboards, applications, and data tools.
• Ensure digital records comply with organizational and federal requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support facility teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements concerning facility data management.
