This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in the configuration, deployment, and support of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications.
• Install software updates, address end-user concerns, and ensure system health and availability.
• Conduct software systems analysis to facilitate daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute scripts or small programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system capabilities.
• Support testing, deployment, and maintenance efforts for infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
• Deliver first-line support, documentation, and training to aid internal users in effectively adopting Copilot.
• Collaborate with Stewart IT and business teams to create and sustain AI-powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
• Monitor and resolve system latency issues to guarantee responsive and reliable system performance.
• Use AI-powered monitoring and alerting tools to proactively detect system performance issues and minimize downtime.
• Implement AI-driven automation to streamline routine system administration tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize machine learning-based analytics to identify anomalies, forecast system failures, and assist in root cause analysis.
• Preferred background in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Preference for Microsoft certifications or a willingness to acquire them: AI-900: Azure AI Fundamentals, MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Generally requires 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support.
