This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Integrate newly acquired properties into the software platform.
• Lead the migration of data and property management systems during asset sales or transfers.
• Serve as a primary contact for user inquiries, ensuring questions are addressed and/or tickets are submitted or escalated appropriately.
• Oversee the ticketing system and monitor KPIs for the Systems Specialist.
• Responsible for managing MRI, Yardi, Entrata, Bluemoon, and Funnel, among other systems related to operational and leasing needs and integrations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Innovation to escalate any system-related issues.
• Uphold GMH standards and processes within the property management system.
• Implement new techniques and capabilities within the platform as they become available.
• Work alongside the Director of Innovation and VP of Leasing and Operations to develop SOPs and support the creation of e-learning content, training events, and updates to existing educational programs.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of property reporting.
• Assist with billing discrepancies, audits, real-time data, and financial reporting as it relates to the system.
• Update and maintain the user database.
• Supervise and manage the role of the Systems Specialist.
• Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of experience with student/multi-family housing software, including Entrata and Yardi.
• More than 5 years of experience in a management or educational role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to educate others.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on assigned responsibilities.

• Opportunity to travel to various property locations as needed, particularly during peak operational times such as student move-in and move-out seasons.
• Ability to navigate through residential and commercial properties for extended periods while supporting on-site operations.
• Occasionally required to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing approximately 25–40 pounds as part of operational and turnover activities.
• Frequent mobility required, including the ability to navigate stairs, walkways, residential buildings, and outdoor areas; some properties may lack elevator access.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak operational periods, which may include evenings, weekends, and seasonal turnover events.
• Proficiency in effective communication in various environments, including high-traffic operational settings.
• Regular use of standard office equipment and technology, including laptops and mobile devices, in both office and on-site contexts.
