This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the management and control of the inventory of corporate software and applications;
• Ensure proper cataloging, updating, and traceability of software assets;
• Monitor the accuracy and compliance of data concerning applications and their environments;
• Support the governance of technology assets, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures;
• Identify discrepancies, improvement opportunities, and suggest corrective measures;
• Track the software lifecycle from its onboarding phase to retirement;
• Generate reports, metrics, and controls related to the applications inventory;
• Collaborate effectively with Technology, Governance, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams;
• Assist in internal and external audits concerning IT asset management;
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of technology asset management and control processes.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in controlling, inventorying, or managing technology assets;
• Understanding of Information Technology concepts and corporate environments;
• Experience in analyzing and organizing information and processes;
• Familiarity with asset management, control, or inventory tools;
• Experience in creating and maintaining controls, reports, and performance indicators;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM);
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT governance processes;
• Experience with CMDB and asset inventory tools;
• Understanding of software licensing;
• Experience using Power BI for analysis and monitoring of metrics;
• Certifications related to IT Governance, ITIL, or Asset Management.
