Systems Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in feasibility assessments, estimations, planning, design, development, prototyping, implementation, quality assurance evaluation, and modifications of automated systems.

• Identify training needs and assist in the training for automated systems.

• Propose enhancements to improve system functionality.

• Support and design departmental project initiatives and small-scale system implementations.

• Contribute to solution development initiatives.

• Manage schedules effectively.

• Monitor information system resources for designated projects.

• Provide updates on project timelines and document performance metrics.

• Create work products, operational and business objective documentation, best technology capabilities, and task-level resource requirements.

• Maintain project task plans, documentation, and communication.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with five years of experience in information technology related to application development and support, or end-user training, or an equivalent operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position; OR a High School Diploma / GED or equivalent with seven years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• ITIL Foundations certification must be obtained within six months of the start date of the position.
