Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gain insights into customer requests, including data mapping and process flows.

• Design and set up customer documentation such as Checks and Forms, and automate workflow solutions utilizing our proprietary software.

• Partner with Business Analysts to gather business and technical requirements, ensuring the production of well-defined document and workflow specifications.

• Aid in translating requirements into documents, forms, letters, and other correspondence to deliver customer-approved outputs.

• Develop and modify intricate batch, on-demand, and interactive document templates, accurately aligning data fields, constructing groups, repeating rows, headers, logos, pagination, and more as per specified requirements.

• Collaborate with software developers to request alterations to data sources and process adjustments.

• Engage with customers and various stakeholders on the implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of our integrated document creation and management tool.

• Employ various tools and resources to address customer inquiries and issues regarding data, system configuration, setup, and product functionality.

• Utilize generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to optimize workflows, boost productivity, enhance solution quality, and accelerate the delivery of business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst, involving report creation, forms development, data mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and technical skills.

• Strong understanding of data sources and database concepts.

• Previous experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with functions, parameters, XML, XSLT is a plus.

• Capability to translate technical document development requests and issues into terms comprehensible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

• Experience employing generative AI tools like Claude and Copilot to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality results.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
