This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Systems Analyst - Reimagine plays a crucial role in the development and enhancement of a new "greenfield" digital lending ecosystem.
• Working at the convergence of systems design, data security, and cutting-edge technology, this position guarantees that AAC’s proprietary land intelligence and innovative digital lending platform are designed to engage effectively with customers.
• This position is part of a newly formed team that aims to combine the best attributes of a nimble, agile startup with the reliability and stability of a successful market leader.
• Reporting to the Head of Technology - Reimagine, the Systems Analyst - Reimagine will assist in building and scaling the technology that supports our next-generation agricultural lending platform.
• Collaboration with business and technical teams will be essential to ensure alignment between technology and organizational objectives.
• Key responsibilities include the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to streamline underwriting and operations, as well as the implementation of cloud-native infrastructure.
• A BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience, showcasing proficiency in gathering both functional and non-functional specifications, preparing design documentation, and providing application and system support.
• Intermediate knowledge of common programming languages is preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of System Analysis roles, responsibilities, activities, and System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
• Proficient in the use of word processing and data analysis software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Access.
• Comprehensive knowledge of presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint and Visio is required.
• Solid understanding of database concepts with proficiency in MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication abilities.
• Intermediate understanding of project management processes.
• Familiarity with industry best practices regarding data integrity controls, testing, and release management.
