This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, configure, and sustain the Army's Salesforce-based AIE Recruiting Platform.

• Set up and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, and security settings.

• Collect, analyze, document, and convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Work in partnership with Product Leads, Product Designers, Developers, and government stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.

• Assist in the design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics that facilitate recruiting operations and support leadership decision-making.

• Monitor platform performance, data quality, system security, and user adoption metrics.

• Diagnose platform issues and coordinate resolution efforts across technical teams.

• Aid in user acceptance testing, release management activities, and production deployments.

• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes through automation and streamlined workflows.

• Utilize Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein AI, generative AI tools, and other emerging technologies to boost recruiter productivity and user experiences.

• Employ AI-enabled tools to assist with requirements analysis, solution development, documentation, testing, and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to Army, DoD, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

• Offer end-user support, platform training, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

• Contribute to program deliverables, performance metrics, and ongoing improvement efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with one full academic year of graduate education in a specialized area; OR

• A Bachelor's degree in a specialized discipline plus two (2) years of pertinent experience; OR

• A Bachelor's degree in any field combined with a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience.

• Proven experience in administering Salesforce environments in a professional context.

• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, security models, user management, data management, reporting, and workflow automation.

• Experience in gathering requirements and transforming business needs into technical solutions.

• Background in supporting enterprise software applications, cloud-based platforms, or CRM systems.

• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, permission sets, profiles, dashboards, reports, data imports, and platform configuration.

• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving system and application issues.

• Capability to analyze business processes and propose improvements via automation and technology solutions.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and third-party applications is preferred.

• Experience in supporting data quality, governance, and system security initiatives.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, or other emerging technologies is preferred.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, analysis, or business processes.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts, system requirements analysis, and solution testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational competencies.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and devise innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
