This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for Salesforce, guaranteeing platform reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate support requests and enhancement tickets, troubleshoot problems, and implement scalable solutions.
• Create, develop, and oversee business process automation utilizing Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and other declarative tools.
• Configure and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, formulas, and associated platform components.
• Produce, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards.
• Oversee user setup and maintenance, including profiles, permission sets, roles, licenses, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, data management, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Assist with system testing, release management, change control, and deployment activities.
• Keep documentation updated for system configurations, business processes, integrations, and technical procedures.
• Offer training, guidance, and continual support to end users.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on integrations, enhancements, and strategic projects.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new technologies, and industry best practices to suggest improvements.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Over 5 years of practical Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry or strong knowledge of insurance business principles is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data management, and declarative development capabilities.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining Salesforce Flow automations and business process solutions.
• Proficiency with Data Loader and other data management tools, including data import, export, cleansing, and migration activities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release management tools, including Change Sets.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and manipulation.
• Capability to produce and maintain clear, accurate, and consistent documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
• Limited travel may be required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
