This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote assistance across a variety of computing environments.
• Manage escalated incidents and intricate service requests.
• Ensure clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
• Conduct swift root-cause analysis of incidents.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve advanced workstation, server, and network incidents.
• Utilize software tools for prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Record all actions in Thrive’s systems.
• Provide support and guidance to clients on applications, best practices, and infrastructure standards.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support/operations, including experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange/M365 administration, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Proficient in networking concepts (Layer 2/3, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, NAT, site-to-site VPNs).
• Familiarity with endpoint security (EDR/AV), backup/DR solutions, and patch management.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
• Strong capabilities in incident management, change control, and documentation practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Willingness to work after hours or participate in on-call rotations as necessary.
• Remote support across varied, multi-tenant environments.
