Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver local end-user discovery, support, and training on how to leverage technology more effectively.

• Oversee, secure, and enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure.

• Design and support cloud environments, particularly in Azure and M365.

• Uphold strong documentation practices to ensure operational clarity.

• Ensure adherence to all documented processes, resulting in high-quality outcomes for customers during every interaction.

• Foster strong relationships with customers by showcasing positivity, approachability, and a commitment to going the extra mile to assist.

• Engage with a variety of technologies, including but not limited to the Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in system administration or similar roles.

• Solid understanding of Azure and M365, with additional training available for further development.

• Relevant certifications in system administration, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent).

• Expertise in security best practices, networking, and troubleshooting complex environments.

• High attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new skills.

• A positive and collaborative attitude with a can-do approach.
