System Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for business software applications.

• Oversee the complete training lifecycle—from content creation to delivery.

• Create, maintain, and regularly update engaging training courses for both online and in-person formats.

• Conduct impactful training sessions and handle all related administrative responsibilities.

• Assess and continuously enhance training programs to ensure they align with product updates.

• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is fully up to date.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers concerning training sessions.

• Work closely with Product Managers to stay informed about the product roadmap.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to uphold rigorous content quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree with over 5 years of experience in systems training.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

• Proven track record in developing and delivering training courses for business software applications within a product development cycle.

• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise instructional text and documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong comfort level in presenting to diverse groups and audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple concurrent projects independently while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Ability to establish and maintain robust working relationships with internal teams and external customers across various industries and leadership levels.

• Eligible and willing to obtain the necessary Security Clearance.
