This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Schedule and execute system installations, add-ons, and site surveys in alignment with customer needs and technical specifications.
• Ensure that all systems comply with Mindray’s performance and quality benchmarks through thorough testing.
• Offer advanced on-site assistance for complicated or escalated service problems that exceed the expertise of local service representatives.
• Provide after-hours telephone support to help customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical difficulties—delivering prompt solutions to reduce downtime.
• Organize and implement system updates and upgrades as necessary.
• Keep comprehensive and precise documentation for all service and installation tasks in line with Mindray’s Quality System and Administrative procedures.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education—to ensure that project milestones and customer expectations are fulfilled.
• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience with telemetry or RF systems is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking concepts.
• Strong technical aptitude in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Customer-oriented, self-sufficient, and solution-driven with a positive demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
