This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Create and enhance a microservices-oriented system architecture.

• Collaborate with AWS cloud services, emphasizing serverless and scalable solutions.

• Design and manage a multi-tenant and multi-region SaaS architecture.

• Maintain a high standard of security and compliance throughout the platform.

• Evaluate existing systems and pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Act as a technical advisor, working directly with clients.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions while effectively communicating technical constraints back to the business.

• Clearly articulate architectural decisions, progress updates, and potential risks.

• Proactively suggest solutions and substantiate architectural choices with technical reasoning.

• Proven experience as a System Architect or in a comparable architectural position.

• Strong practical knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly AWS Lambda and serverless solutions.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity in cloud-based environments.

• Experience in designing SaaS platforms, including architectures that are multi-tenant and multi-region.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to view systems comprehensively.

• Direct experience with clients, discussing requirements, providing progress updates, and defending technical choices.

• Proficiency in English for daily communication with international stakeholders.

• High awareness of the business context and aptitude for translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Nice to have: Experience in utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.

• Experience with additional serverless or cloud-native services.

• Background in system optimization and modernization of legacy systems.

• Familiarity with compliance or security standards relevant to SaaS platforms.
