This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of, enhance, and oversee the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules.
• Manage configuration modifications, improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead the implementation process from gathering requirements to final rollout.
• Assist with the implementation and potential management of Workday Scheduling.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, and business teams to collect requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure robust integration with other Workday modules and systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional challenges.
• Experience in system testing and release management.
• Background in global or multi-country environments with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of the touchpoints and dependencies within the Absence and Time Tracking modules.
