System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.

• Configure and provide support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Monitor the status, performance, and availability of the technological infrastructure.

• Resolve Level II and III incidents related to systems, servers, and networks.

• Perform server maintenance, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

• Implement and support security initiatives such as MFA, Conditional Access, and compliance controls.

• Manage network services like DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

• Participate in migration, integration, and infrastructure implementation projects.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.

• Coordinate with technology vendors to ensure service quality.

• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

• Execute account migrations and backups between cloud platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or in similar roles.

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments in enterprise organizations.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.

• Participation in migration, transformation, or technology integration projects.

• Desirable experience providing support to geographically distributed teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Intune, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security and compliance, DNS, DHCP and networking, TCP/IP, Google Workspace Administration, PowerShell fundamentals, Migration experience.
