This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage, configure, and enhance the Docebo Learning Management System.
• Set up and oversee learning plans, catalogs, groups, notifications, and user permissions.
• Develop scalable enrollment strategies utilizing dynamic groups, automation rules, and learning plans.
• Keep documentation updated for learning plan structures, course inventories, assignment rules, training requirements, and forthcoming changes.
• Assess platform capabilities and suggest improvements for scalability and learner experience.
• Create and configure courses, learning plans, and associated LMS assets.
• Organize course setup, testing, and deployment for new and updated learning content.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and business stakeholders to configure and disseminate training materials.
• Design, construct, and manage automated workflows within and outside the LMS.
• Develop and support integrations utilizing the Docebo API and other enterprise systems.
• Create custom scripts, reporting solutions, and technical processes to enhance LMS functionality.
• Develop and maintain custom reporting solutions that go beyond native LMS capabilities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of learning data.
• Partner with the Learning Analyst to create a reporting framework for operational reporting and business insights.
• Resolve complex LMS issues related to enrollments, automations, integrations, notifications, and reporting.
• Oversee vendor support cases, system upgrades, release testing, and the implementation of new platform features.
• Maintain testing environments and technical documentation for configurations, automations, integrations, and administrative processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Learning Technologies, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience managing an enterprise Learning Management System.
• Advanced experience with Docebo or a similar enterprise LMS.
• Proficiency in working with APIs.
• Experience in developing custom automations and scripts using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or life sciences (preferred).
• Background in supporting compliance-based training programs (preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning standards (preferred).
• Experience in supporting global enterprise system implementations and change management initiatives (preferred).
