System Administrator – 2nd-Level Application & Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing intricate incident tickets in both Application and Infrastructure domains, particularly within Microsoft environments and various healthcare applications.

• Restoring folders, enhancing resources for virtual systems, and providing support for both standard and customer-specific applications in a Windows Server, terminal server, and Citrix setup.

• Coordinating timelines with customers and service providers for application updates, and executing installations and distributions of updates through images.

• Conducting independent research for all necessary information via direct telephone communication with our customers, delivering service-focused interactions and regular status updates.

• Ensuring thorough documentation, targeted knowledge transfer, and effective internal communication to facilitate smooth and efficient support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification.

• Three to five years of experience in administering, installing, and maintaining applications such as DATEV, MD Ambulant/Stationär, Sage, StarMoney, or similar applications within the healthcare sector.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and/or Citrix environments, along with experience in installing applications in client/server settings and on provisioned systems.

• Strong service orientation and excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken, with a minimum level of C1.
