Swedish to English OPI/VRI Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during conversations.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages.

• Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and thorough interpretation of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training and adhere to the established dress code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a remote interpreter.

• Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English.

• Familiarity with specialized vocabulary in healthcare and medical contexts.

• Technical skills related to computer systems and internet requirements.

• Must adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• Willingness to pursue additional professional certifications.
