This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, dashboards, reporting solutions, process automations, and administrative tools.
• Create scalable solutions that enhance internal workflows and minimize manual effort.
• Collect requirements from stakeholders, propose effective solutions, and implement iterative enhancements based on user feedback.
• Continuously enhance existing applications to accommodate changing business needs.
• Build and manage integrations among HubSpot, NetSuite, DealHub, Avalara, and Drupal-based sites and applications.
• Develop and support integrations utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and related technologies.
• Ensure reliable data flows and system interoperability across various business platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues while preserving data integrity.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, or similar technologies to expedite software development.
• Design, construct, and maintain AI-powered agents and automations that improve internal business processes.
• Assess opportunities to apply AI responsibly, balancing innovation with reliability, security, and data privacy.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code in line with established development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convert business needs into functional software solutions.
• Work autonomously in a fully remote setting while effectively contributing to team initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing improvements to development practices, architecture, and internal tools.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in designing and developing full-stack web applications and system integrations.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and in creating AI-powered agents or automations (Claude Code, Gemini, or equivalent).
• Experienced in integrating third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and version control systems (Git).
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into applicable technical solutions.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently in a fully remote environment.
