This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and enhance Procurement and IT Operations.
• Provide operational guidance and support for HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Oversee key suppliers, manage contracts, renewals, and operational expenditures.
• Propel operational projects and enhancements from conception to execution.
• Create more intelligent, streamlined, and scalable working methods.
• Track KPIs, dashboards, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
• Assist with operational governance, compliance, and adherence to ISO standards.
• Enhance systems, automation, and workflow processes.
• Unite teams to address cross-functional challenges.
• Support managers, promote accountability, and ensure priorities are met.
• Serve as a reliable operational partner to the COO, offering support, insights, and follow-through on crucial business objectives.
• Proven experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, or a comparable cross-functional position.
• Experience in managing teams, projects, and navigating competing priorities.
• Strong skills in supplier and commercial management.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance business processes and operational practices.
• Confidence in handling budgets, KPIs, and operational data.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A genuine sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience in Procurement, IT Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, governance, or ISO settings would be a significant advantage.
• Must be currently residing in the UK and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
