SVP of Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and hold every Branch Manager and Loan Officer in the network accountable.

• Facilitate pipeline reviews, business planning sessions, and national sales meetings.

• Develop a comprehensive training strategy and onboarding process for new Branch Managers and Loan Officers.

• Enhance relationships with Realtors, builders, and referral partners, along with MSA/ASA opportunities.

• Collaborate with Recruiting to attract, retain, and cultivate top producers, including your own team.

• Work closely with Operations and Sales Support to eliminate obstacles that impede production.

• Participate in Senior Leadership discussions to help influence forecasts, growth strategies, and market expansion.

• Report directly to the President and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently leading, or possessing recent experience in leading, multiple markets or branches (a background in single-branch management does not fulfill this requirement).

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in mortgage banking sales leadership (preferred).

• An average monthly funded volume of $15M or more across your team.

• Proven success in leading multi-state retail mortgage organizations.

• A solid personal production record, complemented by the reputation and relationships necessary to bring a team along.

• Strong understanding of branch economics and production performance metrics.

• Demonstrated capability to coach, retain, and develop high-performing sales teams.

• Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
