• Develops a comprehensive strategy for patient acquisition.
• Integrates Admissions, Sales, and Marketing into a cohesive growth model.
• Collaborates with executive leadership on expansion, capacity, and payor alignment.
• Manages budgets and forecasts prospect volume by channel, along with admissions and census growth.
• Utilizes analytics to enhance ROI and operational efficiency.
• Collaborates with Operations, Clinical, and Finance teams.
• Engages in executive planning and strategic initiatives.
• Oversees the admissions department, focusing on improving conversion rates, speed to admission, and overall patient experience.
• Assists in optimizing Verification of Benefits (VOB), financial clearance, and counseling processes.
• Monitors admissions KPIs and provides guidance to admissions leadership as required.
• Leads strategies for referral growth across healthcare providers and partners.
• Manages the sales team's performance, pipeline management, and plans to strengthen strategic referral relationships.
• Identifies new business opportunities and strategies to develop these relationships.
• Supervises the digital marketing channel and the overall brand strategy.
• Directs SEO optimization, paid media efforts, and conversion strategies.
• Ensures the digital presence meets business objectives and influences desired consumer behavior.
• Oversees the Payor Relations department.
• Formulates strategies to enhance patient access to services.
• Collaborates with payors to build relationships that drive business growth and patient volume.
• Ensures alignment between contracting strategies and the broader business strategy.
• Enhances technology utilization throughout the patient acquisition process to adapt to changing consumer behavior and improve conversion rates.
• Maintains brand consistency and fosters trust.
• Constructs and monitors performance dashboards across acquisition channels to identify areas for improvement.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in the healthcare or behavioral health sector.
• Proven experience in leading Admissions, Business Development (Clinical Outreach), Digital Marketing/Brand, and Payor functions.
