• Formulates and articulates a technical/scientific vision and strategy for all solution areas within a professional services context.

• Establishes a strategic framework for the development, positioning, branding, pricing, and marketing of innovative opportunities.
• Fosters a creative atmosphere within the organization and circulates innovative ideas throughout.

• Utilizes AI and machine learning to enhance customer and employee experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Advocates for the incorporation of AI technologies—such as predictive analytics and automation—into experience strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Directs global expansion efforts by aligning regional experience strategies with enterprise objectives, ensuring seamless integration across diverse markets and cultures.
• Responsibilities may encompass direct and indirect revenue, sales, and growth for the solution area.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Executive-level experience in healthcare and/or healthcare agencies.
• Extensive experience with digital, interactive, and data-driven technologies to create engaging brand experiences throughout the brand life cycle.
• Proven track record in shaping and developing high-performing teams and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-driven insights into experience design, personalization tactics, and operational workflows to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and business results.
• Experience managing multiple creative, digital, or production-focused shared services departments in a matrix or agency setting.
• Proven capability to modernize operational models, enhance efficiency, and raise delivery standards across multi-disciplinary teams.
