This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the Company's annual operating plan, long-term strategic plan, and ongoing forecast processes.
• Create comprehensive financial models and performance measurement systems.
• Deliver insights to executive leadership regarding revenue growth, expenditures, profitability, cash flow, and ROI.
• Set KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Report financial outcomes, forecasts, and strategic advice to executive leadership and the Board.
• Formulate and implement the corporate development strategy.
• Identify and assess opportunities for acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and divestitures.
• Direct financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and transaction structuring.
• Collaborate with external advisors, investment bankers, legal counsel, and diligence teams.
• Assist in post-acquisition integration planning and realization of synergies.
• Work closely with sales and revenue-generating teams on sales finance and commercial performance.
• Develop sales metrics, commission structures, and revenue forecasting methodologies.
• Analyze profitability across customers, products, channels, and markets.
• Facilitate commercial negotiations through financial analysis and pricing strategies.
• Create enterprise pricing frameworks and governance processes.
• Spearhead pricing strategies and initiatives for profitability enhancement.
• Guide enterprise strategic planning and annual strategy refresh cycles.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth prospects.
• Assist in new product development, market expansion strategies, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead executive presentations, board materials, and investor communications.
• Build and nurture a high-performing finance and strategy team.
• Instill accountability, analytical rigor, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Mentor the next generation of finance and business leaders.
• Encourage data-driven, financially disciplined decision-making across functions.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, strategy, corporate development, or investment banking.
• Extensive executive leadership experience managing FP&A, strategic finance, and business planning functions.
• Proven experience leading M&A transactions, forming strategic partnerships, and conducting complex financial analyses.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors.
• Demonstrated history of driving profitable growth and enhancing enterprise value.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and commercial insight.
• Profound understanding of pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and revenue growth tactics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities at the executive level.
• Ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Proven leadership skills and talent development experience.
• Strong project management and transaction execution abilities.
• An MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential is preferred.
• Estimated travel requirement of 30%.
