📋 Description

• Spearhead the transformation of eMoney Advisor’s engineering organization into an AI-driven, product-focused ecosystem.

• Reimagine the processes of software development, delivery, and operation by integrating AI and automation throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with Product Leadership and other Business leaders to provide unique wealth management and financial wellness solutions.

• Ensure that development leaders effectively communicate the customer challenges being addressed and the associated business advantages of their initiatives.

• Create and expand high-quality, intelligent platforms, systems, and services that are adaptable, resilient, secure, and continually advancing.

• Propel engineering strategy and enhance delivery through AI-empowered methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Over 15 years of experience in leading extensive engineering and architecture organizations.

• Demonstrated history of delivering intricate, scalable, enterprise-level platforms within a regulated environment (preferably in financial services).

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary architectural patterns (microservices, APIs, cloud-native, event-driven systems).

• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, including generative AI and LLM-based systems, and their application in products and engineering processes.

• Proven experience in driving transformations in DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering.

• Strong grasp of data architecture, data platforms, and AI integration methodologies.

• Noteworthy success in leading global, distributed teams and facilitating large-scale organizational change.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
