• Assist in executing the commercial strategy throughout Chess.com's entire ecosystem by identifying and cultivating integrated commercial opportunities.

• Partner with the Business Development, Ads, and Growth teams.
• Establish how Chess.com presents its audience, content, and products as attractive propositions for global brands.
• Facilitate high-impact business development initiatives across the organization.
• Work within Chess.com's content ecosystem to ensure that commercial opportunities are thoughtfully integrated across various platforms.
• Oversee the commercial performance of all content, community, and events, linking it with Chess.com's subscription business and advertising revenue.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, partnerships, advertising, or digital media.
• Proven track record of closing large, intricate deals with global brands.
• Experience working at the convergence of product, content, and monetization.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, encompassing direct sales, inventory strategy, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to function cross-functionally among product, marketing, content, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
