This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a thorough B2B marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and sales targets.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-achieving marketing team, including demand generation, content creation, digital marketing, and product marketing.

• Take ownership of the planning and execution of lead generation initiatives, encompassing digital campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), email outreach, events, and partnerships.

• Enhance the brand narrative and ensure uniform messaging across all platforms and customer interactions.

• Partner with product teams to establish go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

• Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, content, and insights to effectively close deals.

• Leverage data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, return on investment, funnel conversion rates, and continuously enhance initiatives.

• Collaborate across functions with Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in scaling marketing programs for B2B organizations.

• Extensive knowledge in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

• Strong comprehension of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.

• Experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Data-driven approach with a solid understanding of key performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
