This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Strong emphasis on expanding the German market — several key clients already onboarded
• Schedule demonstration appointments with potential new clients (cold outreach)
• Source leads and acquire new clients while managing the complete sales funnel, engaging in sales activities until closure
• Maintain the CRM system effectively
• Develop multiplier and partner networks
• Network and represent the organization at trade shows and conferences
• Enhance and implement the current sales strategy
• Execute strategic campaigns aimed at lead acquisition
• Engage in strategic planning for market expansion
• At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability
• Familiarity with ESG or sustainability reporting is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience in establishing initial contacts (cold outreach)
• High level of self-motivation, a team player mentality, and a structured, independent working style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Proactive attitude with a pronounced "hunter" mentality
• Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise clients and decision-makers
• Comfortable in an agile environment and quick to adapt to changes
• An existing B2B network is a plus
• Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
