Sustainability Internship – Support for Employees Facing Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and organize best practices to assist employees in embracing artificial intelligence.

• Create deliverables suitable for deployment in consulting projects with major organizations.

• Perform a comprehensive literature review.

• Execute internal and external interviews.

• Analyze genuine organizational scenarios.

• Develop a comprehensive synthesis deliverable that can be presented by the firm and its clients.

• Share the findings of the study with the Sustainability team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student at a prestigious engineering school, business school, or a top university.

• Enthusiasm for consulting and corporate transformation challenges.

• Strong dedication to tackling sustainability issues and a belief in the crucial role of businesses.

• Interest in subjects related to management, digital transformation, and CSR/sustainability.

• Ideally, specializing in social sciences, management, sustainability, innovation, or organizational change.
