Surveyor – Fire Compartmentation / Fire Stopping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of cavities, loft spaces, beneath floor voids, ceilings, and enclosed areas.

• Engage in friendly communication with customers.

• Possess a working knowledge of Rockwool, Hilti, and Quelfire products.

• Utilize reporting systems such as Bolster and One Serve.

• Maintain accurate records.

• Exhibit a keen attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in surveying both private and public sector properties.

• A valid full UK driving license.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in IT, capable of utilizing Microsoft Suite and Tablet/PDA devices.

• Must possess a relevant professional qualification, such as a Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment, or demonstrate substantial experience in Fire Safety Management, along with the ability to evidence any professional and specialized technical skills related to Fire Safety Management, including a thorough understanding of current regulations and best practices.
