This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with the Aviation Geospatial Practice Lead and our dedicated aviation team in the Aviation Regional Engineering to achieve project goals.

• Support the expansion of Geospatial services at airports by enhancing a pipeline of both new and existing business and contract opportunities. Create proposals and pricing for services.

• Cultivate and sustain partnerships with other aviation consultants to execute various projects.

• Coordinate with teams to determine staffing and technical timelines.

• Collaborate with team members to guarantee successful project execution, consistent quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and overall team/office morale.

• Conduct quality assessments of project documentation from work plans to final deliverables.

• Provide clients with insights on innovative solutions utilizing Geospatial technologies and content to improve decision-making.

• Gain a thorough understanding of our clients and their businesses. Recognize how Geospatial services can enhance our clients' success.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 10+ years of pertinent work experience. Ideally, candidates would possess a PLS or LSIT.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic setting.

• Willingness to travel to client sites, project locations, conferences, and other Woolpert offices.

• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Ability to swiftly adapt and respond to industry shifts as well as internal initiatives.

• Familiarity with Trimble Business Center and associated products.

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D software.

• Experience in performing field surveys that support infrastructure projects, including design and construction services.

• Knowledge of and experience with National CAD and GIS Standards.

• Previous experience providing survey services for airfield infrastructure projects is preferred.
