Survey Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop online surveys utilizing Decipher, Qualtrics, and other assigned platforms, focusing on both logic and visual appeal.

• Offer insights to clients concerning survey logic, design, question formats, and industry best practices.

• Take responsibility for document revisions while ensuring drafts and change logs are consistently updated.

• Carefully review and test survey programs to guarantee high-quality outputs for clients and a positive experience for survey respondents.

• Organize datasets in Excel and SPSS according to client specifications; provide daily progress updates.

• Conduct thorough reviews of datasets by analyzing open-ended responses and establishing quality control measures.

• Clean and organize intricate data sets in SPSS.

• Generate client-oriented data cross-tabulations.

• Analyze data and interpret results using statistical methods in SPSS, WinCross, and other assigned software.

• Manage databases and data systems.

• Oversee quality control processes for enhancements and define/document new procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency and experience with Excel.

• Over 5 years of experience in survey programming and data analysis within a high-volume team setting.

• Familiarity with Decipher and/or Qualtrics is highly desirable but not mandatory, provided you can demonstrate an understanding of survey logic and the ability to learn necessary skills.

• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python is advantageous but not essential, as long as you can show potential for acquiring the required expertise.

• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to gather, organize, analyze, and communicate large volumes of information while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
