Survey Fielding and Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Set up and initiate online surveys, ensuring accurate targeting, sampling, and logic before the survey goes live.

• Oversee real-time survey progress to maintain balanced sampling, steady completion rates, and trustworthy responses.

• Perform quality assurance checks to detect issues such as incomplete responses, rapid responders, or demographic discrepancies.

• Work in collaboration with research, data, or engineering teams to resolve any fielding or platform challenges.

• Keep thorough records of survey launches, checks performed, and resolutions found.

• Assist in process enhancements aimed at improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated experience in survey operations, data quality, market research, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and online survey platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Customer Success Management (CSM) tools.

• Excellent communication skills and effective time management abilities.

• A genuine interest in data, research, or technology-driven workflows.

• Knowledge of sampling methods, panel management tools, or APIs/integrations between survey platforms is advantageous.
