This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at boosting market share by targeting specific commercial and/or government hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Promote and market the Company’s surgical products and tissues by engaging with established agency partners, customers, and identifying new prospects (agent partners and customers).
• Drive sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives.
• Identify, define, and capitalize on market opportunities by implementing innovative marketing strategies, developing effective sales plans, and achieving balanced revenue growth across all customer accounts via targeted sales channels.
• Conduct presentations, both individually and in large groups, to agencies, customers, and prospects regarding all company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve commission-related issues for agencies.
• Build and sustain a collaborative relationship with the company’s internal support teams.
• Provide timely and accurate reports and tracking of sales activities, as well as territory sales forecasts.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, updates, and local market insights.
• Leverage key scientific medical studies to enhance agencies', customers', and prospects' understanding of the properties, results, and outcomes of the company’s products and tissue offerings.
• Define and implement territory plans to ensure the achievement of both current revenue and sales goals, as well as the long-term growth of the territory.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to promote direct surgical growth and teamwork within shared accounts with agency partners.
• Oversee contract compliance with agencies and their representation of our products to customers.
• Ensure that all agencies receive training and adhere to regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related area, including 1-3 years in progressively responsible positions, or demonstrable capability, or a Master's degree (MS/MA) with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Preferred 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in high-growth organizations and in developing relationships that drive the organization's expansion.
