Surgical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue for the breast device product line.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets for all offerings.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

• Establish and nurture effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.

• Oversee all facets of territory logistics.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams.

• Manage the territory expense budget while facilitating educational engagement.

• Work together with marketing and sales leadership for national and regional trade shows.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

• Educate and serve as a consultant for breast device cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in medical device sales.

• Preferred experience and knowledge in plastic surgery.

• Ability to be credentialed and operate in an operating room setting.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Hands-on and proactive approach.

• Capability to adapt within a changing environment.

• Competence in managing all administrative tasks promptly.

• Ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively as necessary.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

• Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on prioritizing program/project execution.

• Experience with navigating hospital VAC processes.
