This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Responsible for building and nurturing high-level relationships with strategic partners while collaborating with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Develops and propels the appropriate strategy for Robotic and digital surgery management in partnership with Strategic Account Managers.
• Creates, communicates, and executes business plans to achieve targeted strategic business results.
• Identifies and cultivates ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts.
• Aims to meet individual sales targets and implement the sales strategy by acquiring new accounts and/or expanding existing ones.
• Engages with surgical teams to evaluate the potential for expanding robotic-assisted surgery.
• Assists surgical teams in leading hospitals to enhance and refine their clinical strategy through the use of the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System.
• Persuades surgical teams of the advantages offered by the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the capability to negotiate complex contract terms and manage comprehensive agreements.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of life sciences or biomedical engineering, and preferably an MBA.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in leading robotic negotiations and selling complex medical devices or capital equipment, showcasing a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• High level of financial acumen given the extensive focus on deal architecture and financial analysis in this role.
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
• Must maintain an active network in the surgical field, particularly within operating theatres, and have regular connections with surgeons.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel: over 30% of the time.
