This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver real-time procedural support for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the designated territory.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance for product usage.
• Act as a resource for physicians and surgical teams during operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures.
• Relay customer needs and concerns to colleagues and the Surgical Account Manager.
• Execute equipment and software upgrades.
• Perform audits of the equipment fleet.
• Facilitate in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical personnel.
• Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education initiatives.
• Assist with product trials, implementation, conversions, and strategies for product adoption.
• Ensure accurate tracking and availability of surgical products.
• Meet or surpass sales objectives through product use and customer engagement.
• Secure existing business and grow new accounts.
• Generate and manage leads in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Bachelor’s degree with one year of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Over one year of B2B sales experience with proven sales success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong motivation for results, action orientation, work ethic, and career aspirations.
• Capacity to develop and deliver complex product demonstrations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must live within the Madison/Milwaukee territory and travel to various accounts in the region.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is mandatory at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
