This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver real-time procedural support for Surgical COTs within the designated territory.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to guarantee effective product usage.
• Act as a reliable resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room.
• Serve as the primary contact point for customer inquiries during on-site procedures.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between customers and team members.
• Identify and report issues and opportunities to the designated Surgical Account Manager (SAM).
• Execute necessary equipment and software upgrades.
• Conduct audits of the equipment fleet to ensure optimal product performance and compliance.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff regarding surgical product applications.
• Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs (Regional Peer Education), and Continuing Education (CE) programs.
• Assist the Surgical Account Manager (SAM) and Specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives.
• Provide on-site assistance for regional conversions and product adoption strategies.
• Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products for seamless procedure execution.
• Ensure inventory levels align with customer and operational requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by enhancing product utilization and customer engagement.
• Secure existing business and develop new accounts through effective procedural support.
• Generate and monitor leads in SFDC (Salesforce.com) to promote growth and business development.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• This is a field-based role requiring approximately 25% travel.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room (Preferred).
• B2B sales experience (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Preferred).
• Relevant clinical or hospital experience (Preferred).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Teams) (Preferred).
• A strong drive for results; action-oriented; possessing a strong work ethic and career ambition (Preferred).
