This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Provide remote assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity and maintain network infrastructure.
• Record all activities in the PSA system; experience with ConnectWise is preferred.
• Appropriately escalate complex issues while ensuring ownership of the client experience.
• Assist with client onboarding, deployments, and technical projects as required.
• Provide support for both cloud-hosted and customer-managed environments.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and client-oriented service.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) role is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of technical support experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 support is necessary.
• Proficient in Windows desktop operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work are essential.
