This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Accurately and thoroughly document the actions taken during each service in the system.
• Keep TMs updated throughout the entire lifecycle of their requests, from initiation to resolution.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and focus on customer service.
• Possess the ability to resolve or offer guidance for medium-complexity issues.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• Willingness to work 12x36 shifts or 8x5, with the potential for on-call responsibilities outside regular hours.
• Reside near or have convenient access to the operations base.
• Experience in providing end-user support in the field (onsite).
• Familiarity with service routines designed to meet SLAs.
• Field experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Maintenance and support expertise for microcomputer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Experience with servicing thermal printers and labeling printers.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11, system imaging/OS deployment, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of client-server networks, structured cabling for organization, diagnosis, and support; basic knowledge of routers and switches for remote-hands tasks.
