
Support Specialist, Tru-D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical support and implementation services for Tru-D clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale for both new and existing Tru-D customers.
• Propel the success of the customer’s disinfection program while fostering relationships with Tru-D operators and managers.
• Identify, manage, mitigate, and escalate service-related issues.
• Carry out repairs, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Conduct annual preventative maintenance service visits.
• Offer training to both new and existing accounts on the operation of Tru-D devices and associated software.
• Track client performance using internal Tru-D software tools and dashboards.
• Assist in quality investigations to identify root causes and provide solutions.
• An associate's or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must obtain necessary hospital credentialing as required.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with salesforce.com, are preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in technical support is preferred.
• Dependable in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn swiftly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency with an ability to prioritize and apply critical thinking for timely decision-making.
• Preferred knowledge in mechanical or electrical fields.
