Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and assist them in integrating our API and launching payment methods.

• Investigate incidents reported by clients and provide assistance with inquiries through the ticketing system.

• Utilize internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems, including AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights and Kibana/Elasticsearch.

• Collaborate closely with our Development, Payments Operations, and Sales teams to address merchant-related issues.

• Escalate requests to the relevant teams and manage their progress until resolution.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the payments, fintech, or e-commerce sector.

• Strong analytical skills, along with the ability to recognize patterns and solve problems.

• Basic knowledge of the card payments workflow and 3D Secure protocols.

• Fundamental understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies.

• Proficient in English for client communication and interpreting technical documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to resolve issues independently.

• Adaptable to new patterns and quick to learn new concepts.

• Comfortable operating within SLAs and using ticketing systems such as Jira.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana).

• Nice to have: Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
